2022 has been another busy year. Both domestic and world events have shaped how charities are governed. Charities and their trustees have had to navigate challenging economic times and respond quickly to the changing environment.
In my final round-up of the year I thought I’d take a moment to reflect on some of issues we have covered in this blog over the past 12 months.
Training and events
Online governance training
We run regular online trustee inductions and refresher courses over two half-days. We’re also offering brand new courses on:
- Fundraising responsibilities for trustees
- Safeguarding essentials for trustees
- Supporting good governance.
eLearning induction for trustees
We’ve launched an eLearning module for trustees. This offers trustees a low-cost introduction to their roles.
Member events
We hold regular member assembly and welcome events.
