Small Charity Week 2023

Mark your calendars! Small Charity Week 2023 is Monday 19 to Friday 23 June. Each year we celebrate and raise awareness of the essential work the UK’s small charity sector does. We want to hear from you – the charities at the heart of it – about the content you'd like to see. Our survey has four short questions and takes moments to complete.

FSI's Big Advice Day

31 March is the FSI’s quarterly Big Advice Day. It's your chance to speak to an advisor about pretty much anything charity-related – and it's free for FSI members with an annual turnover of less than £1 million. Sessions are online or over the phone and you'll be able to arrange your one-to-one with your advisor.

New energy bill discount scheme

The government has announced a new scheme to support non-domestic energy customers, including businesses and charities, after the Energy Bill Relief Scheme (EBRS) ends on 31 March. We’ve called for an urgent review and a long-term solution to the energy crisis.

We've updated our legal compliance checklist with support from our trusted legal partner Withers LLP. Our guide shows what needs to be considered by the board of trustees of most voluntary organisations. This is a member-only resource. The Procurement Bill

Do you have a story to tell about procurement and social value? The Procurement Bill was debated in the House of Commons on 9 January and will be looked at in detail by a small group of MPs.
