Aggie is an experienced facilitator and consultant. She’s worked across the social sector to co-create strategies, campaigns and policies with staff, trustees and volunteers. This includes engaging young trustees, implementing stakeholder feedback into governing documents, and movement building.
Aggie supports organisations with their work on the Charity Governance Code. She has personal experience as the chair of a national youth charity. She’s also an expert in inclusive facilitation. She uses non-formal education techniques to lead interactive sessions both in-person and online.
Aggie previously worked as a social change consultant, a project manager and a mental health support worker. She uses a system change approach to problem solving and is passionate about making charity governance accessible.
