Sini specialises in strategy and evaluation. She can help you strengthen your strategy, co-create pathways for change and evaluate your impact to make a bigger difference.

Sini joined NCVO in 2017 and has extensive experience in collaborating with mission-driven organisations to amplify their impact. She is passionate about driving positive change and helping organisations thrive in today’s complex landscape.

Sini can help you with setting your vision, strategic planning, theory of change, and performance and impact frameworks. She guides organisations to achieve meaningful results through strategic planning and impactful initiatives.

Before NCVO, Sini advised central and local governments, funders, and international development organisations on economic and social a policy, co-creating and executing programme strategies, with specialist expertise in initiatives aimed at transformational change.

Sini volunteers in an organising committee for a local fun run. She also led the development and implementation of our anti-oppressive consultancy principles (pdf, 98KB).

  • Keep Britain Tidy: Supporting the development of a new five-year strategy built on internal and external evidence.
  • RSPB: Co-creating theories of change as a process to imagine pathways for change needed to achieve the goals in the long-term transformation strategy.
  • Amnesty International UK: Developing a strategic approach to protect human rights in the UK.
  • Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals (CILIP): Facilitating a process to develop a business plan for their new five-year strategy.
  • The Finnish Institute in the UK and Ireland: Helping to articulate their theory of change and organisational story.
  • Birthrights: Reviewing their strategy and theory of change, and co-creating a proportional evaluation model for the future.
  • Blood Cancer UK: Evaluating new content on their website aimed at helping people living with or beyond blood cancer to ‘live well’.
  • Macmillan Cancer Research: Evaluating a number of programmes including an expansion project for a mobile information service and a programme to improve cancer services across west Norfolk.
