Sini is a associate consultant specialising in strategy, learning and impact.
She has more than 20 years' experience as a consultant, researcher and facilitator, and previously led NCVO's Strategy and Impact consultancy team. During this time, she supported charities, funders and public bodies to develop strategies, theories of change, impact frameworks and approaches to organisational learning.
Sini works with organisations that are navigating complexity, change and uncertainty. She helps leadership teams, boards and stakeholders develop a shared understanding of the change they want to achieve, identify priorities and outcomes, and use evidence and learning to strengthen decision-making and improve practice.
Her work combines strategy development, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, impact measurement and evaluation. She has particular expertise in systems thinking, theories of change, organisational learning, adaptive strategy and approaches to understanding contribution in complex environments.
Sini has worked across a wide range of fields including health and care, children and young people, justice, environment, research and innovation, and civil society development. Alongside her consultancy work, she serves as a trustee of YMCA Trinity Group and has contributed to a number of national evidence and evaluation initiatives.
