Alex is one of NCVO's associate consultants, focusing on governance work.
Alex has over 20 years’ experience addressing organisational ethics within non-governmental organisations. This includes developing strategies, policies, and frameworks, which integrate ethics within complex operational realities. In 2020, she successfully advocated for the inclusion of power dynamics in the Charity Governance Code’s revised integrity principle.
To support sector level work on understanding power, Alex co-founded of Power & Integrity in 2021. She is also a trustee for the Sophie Hayes Foundation and sits on their Risk and Finance committee.
