Sam has several years of consultancy experience. He’s worked with a range of organisations across the public, private and voluntary sectors. He specialises in strategy, organisational development and equality, diversity and inclusion. Sam is passionate about helping organisations to create positive change.
Before joining NCVO Sam worked at Inclusive Boards. Here he led a variety of consultancy projects to create strategic change at leadership level. He supported a wide range of small, medium and large charities, helping them to become more equitable, inclusive and diverse. He also led the development of sector-leading research and tools.
Sam is an experienced trainer and facilitator. He delivers sessions focused on inclusion, strategy and organisational development.
