Lev specialises in building consortia, partnerships and strategic collaborations of all kinds. He can help you with commissioning, grant programmes and more.
Lev has worked with NCVO since 2013. He has extensive expertise in building strategic partnerships. These could be between voluntary organisations or between public sector bodies and voluntary organisations.
Lev’s experience includes working with NHS England to build governance structures for voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) alliances.
Lev helped develop our consortia help and guidance. He also has an interest in the role of local infrastructure organisations. He’s supported several of these organisations with strategic planning, policy development and partnerships.
Lev has worked in the charity sector since 1987. He’s held many roles including executive director, volunteer manager and business development manager. Lev has served on various boards and currently sits on the advisory board of a local Jewish outreach charity in Islington, London.
