Gethyn specialises in helping charities to develop their business, capture their impact and enhance their volunteer programmes.
Gethyn worked across the voluntary sector in England and Wales for 20 years before going freelance in 2020. He has experience working nationally and locally, both at the front line and within infrastructure organisations.
Gethyn mainly works with smaller charities and poorly resourced parts of the sector. Through this he’s learned how to do more with less. He now specialises in helping charities to get the most out of the assets they have.
Gethyn is an experienced senior manager and programme lead. He can help you develop new initiatives, correct performance issues, inspire and develop your teams, articulate your impact and develop profitable new partnerships. He’s also a specialist in volunteering.
Gethyn held key strategic and operational roles in the London 2012 legacy and in central government during the covid-19 pandemic. He’s also worked on the Vision for Volunteering initiative and The Big Help Out campaign.
