Sally specialises in governance advice, board reviews, and trusteeship training. She can help with decision making processes and change management.
Sally supports organisations to follow the Charity Governance Code. She’s an experienced project manager and has worked on board-led initiatives covering governance, strategy, and creating social impact. She also has personal experience as a trustee working with community arts charities.
Sally is experienced in leading in-person and online sessions as a trainer and facilitator. She regularly works with a range of participants, from trustees and senior leaders to charity beneficiaries. She’s also acted as a mentor, supporting trustees and staff members to develop governance systems and practices.
Sally previously worked as head of governance in large membership organisations. She has extensive experience in external complaint investigation and helping organisations develop complaints resolution processes.
