Georgina can help you with impact and outcomes planning, evaluation, and reporting.
Georgina supports voluntary organisations to plan, know and maximise the difference they make. She delivers tailored consultancy support and external evaluations.
Georgina has worked with NCVO for 15 years. She previously managed NCVO’s contribution to sector-wide programmes such as Inspiring Impact, and oversaw the collaborative development of the Code of Good Impact Practice for the sector.
Georgina also runs a community farm, so understands the pressures of finding time for planning and evaluation work. She has first-hand experience of competitive funding situations, working with mixed skills and different levels of enthusiasm for evaluation within an organisation.

- Alzheimer’s Society: Qualitative research for outcome and process evaluation.
- Asian women’s refuge: Organisational review and improvement plan.
