Somanah Achadoo

Somanah is qualified in teaching and training as well as coaching and mentoring. His background is in service operations, innovation and design with specialism in finance and fundraising, monitoring and evaluation and organisational development.

Somanah has been supporting organisations in organisational reviews and developing their strategies to become sustainable. He has also supported their staff members through facilitation and training followed with coaching and mentoring sessions to drive positive change.

Somanah has delivered projects nationally and internationally. He has been a trustee of various organisations and is a chartered manager and fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.

• North London Waste Authority: designed and delivered project finance and fundraising training to voluntary and community groups/organisations.
• International League of Dermatological Societies: developed and implemented the organisation’s fundraising and revenue development strategy, investment policy and strategy, EDI policy strategy, patient engagement strategy, volunteer programme strategy.
• MS Society: developed and implemented the organisation’s information and support strategy, designed and implemented new grant programmes.
• Healthwatch Harrow: developed and implemented the organisation strategic plan, business and community engagement plan.
