Bethany is a training facilitator, coach and consultant specialising in fundraising, leadership and improving wellbeing in the charity sector.
Laura has nearly 20 years of experience working in volunteer engagement, including strategic roles within organisations.
She has supported multiple of national charities and sporting bodies to rethink their approach to volunteer involvement. She also teaches a volunteer strategy course for the Association of Volunteer Managers.
Laura is a skilled researcher, experienced in delivering quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. She regularly works with volunteer managers and volunteers to provide an evidence-based approach to change.
Laura is also an expert in fundraising from trusts and foundations, particularly for volunteer programmes and campaigns. She’s a specialist in trustee recruitment and holds a master’s degree from the Centre for Charity Effectiveness.
Laura is a trustee at Bramley Elderly Action.
