Many of them already add small donations when they buy tickets online. Xtra Arts knows that some of their potential major donors prefer to buy tickets by phone so predict that they will prefer to make donations by phone as well. They target people living in key postcodes to make a call list. Then they make an appeal to support the centre during the coronavirus crisis.
