Certificate in Campaigning

CertificateInCampaigning 100px1

It's 10 years since our first cohort started this ground-breaking campaigning course. We are now recruiting for October 2016.

At a time when campaigning is under pressure, there is no better time to hone your skills, ensure your campaigns are effective and be able to clearly report your success.

So now we want to help even more campaigners to run powerful campaigns that make a difference. For the past ten years we've already helped individuals to deliver change and organisations to achieve their goals.

Over that time, the Certificate in Campaigning has become the course for campaigners in the UK.

Who should apply?

We're looking for people with passion. People who want to see change in the world and are keen to learn in a dynamic environment. People who want to network with leading campaigners and springboard their campaigning career.

Whether you're a grassroots campaigner or a senior manager in a charity, one of the best things about this course is being in a room of peers at all different levels from across the sector, facing the same challenges and looking for proven solutions and techniques.

Though a combination of expert contributors, group workshops, Q&A sessions and networking, you'll learn core campaigning skills ranging from successful e-campaigning to how to develop your campaign strategy, plus a whole lot more.

You'll hear from sector leaders in campaigning about what they've learned, what works and what hasn't, insider tips and plenty of insights you won't pick up just reading books.

Some recent speakers have included movers and shakers from:
British Red Cross, ActionAid UK, Fairsay, Change.org, RSPB, NCVO, Request Initiative, Leigh Day & Co, Charity Commission, Stonewall, Leonard Cheshire Disability and many many more.

"I'm loving it! It's already really helping me make valuable contributions to debates at work (what is the impact we are aiming for, not how many more people are trying to get following us on Twitter). And it's great to get away from the daily pressures and get some perspective on the bigger picture."
