Looking for an affordable meeting room or event space in central London? Our King’s Cross venue is perfect for conferences, meetings and events. Plus, NCVO members get discounted rates.

Our rooms

Designed for in-person, virtual and hybrid meetings, our multi-purpose rooms can accommodate everything from board meetings to training days and team awaydays. We have 20 rooms to choose from and can accommodate bookings of up to 120 people.

Each room:

  • is fully accessible
  • offers a choice of seating arrangements
  • benefits from locally-controlled air conditioning
  • has plenty of natural daylight
  • comes with complementary WiFi, flipchart and a chilled water dispenser.

We can arrange catering, audio-visual equipment and office supplies on request.

Location

We're located in central London, just minutes from King's Cross station and St Pancras International, one of Europe’s premier transport hubs.

Our unique urban venue overlooks Regent’s Canal, with its moored narrowboats and wild birds. It’s a calming, stress-free environment for you and your guests.

Who can book

We welcome bookings from:

  • charities and voluntary sector organisations
  • public sector organisations
  • private sector organisations.
