All trustees have a responsibility to play an active role in shaping the culture of their board as well as the wider organisation. This involves an understanding of how your board and organisation currently operates in it's process, systems, policies and behaviours.
Understanding more about how equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) play a role in this and committing to learning and development in this area will help the board become more effective and positively impacting those the organisation seeks to serve.
