We work with small charities every day. We’re here for everyone who works or volunteers at a charity or voluntary organisation.

We design and develop our help and guidance content based on the needs of small charities.
We cover a wide range of topics, from governance to finance. Our guidance focuses on practical information you can use.
Our team answers over 300 queries a month.
We’re here to answer any query your charity or voluntary organisation might have about setting up and or running your organisation. If we can’t answer your query ourselves, we'll direct you to somewhere that can.
Part of our work is making sure charities of all sizes are supported by government policy, laws and regulation:
- We engage with our 17,000+ members (most of them small) through research, surveys and engagement.
- We use what we hear to influence government and decision-makers. All with the aim of creating change that will help them thrive.
Every year, we bring the sector together through Small Charity Week, strengthening public understanding of the integral role small charities play in communities.
We also deliver meaningful financial support through a match-funding campaign in partnership with Global's Make Some Noise and Big Give.
Our membership provides charities with even more support.
