The Race Equality Centre (TREC) has been in existence in Leicester since 1967 and its vision is for a racially just, fair and equitable society. TREC’s mission is to challenge racial discrimination, promote the benefits of a racially just society and empower individuals and communities affected by racial disadvantage.

While originally set up to safeguard the needs of the Irish residents in Luton, Luton Irish Forum is now a truly representative community organisation serving Luton’s diverse vulnerable and socially excluded people. Their activities and events which promote health and wellbeing, improve quality of life and increase social inclusion are accessed thousands of times annually.

Carers of West Lothian provides a range of services to vulnerable people caring for a family member or friend, from the provision of relevant information and emotional support, to facilitating peer support groups, individual counselling sessions, therapeutic interventions, and social opportunities or time out from their caring role.
