Our strategy

We have four specific long-term goals to focus our activity, all underpinned by our values

At the start of 2021, we announced our new long-term goals after a year-long strategic planning process that included a wide consultation across the sector. Our strategy is based on insight gathered from over 900 stakeholders. It’s also in response to the impact of covid-19 and the changing needs of our members.
