This course will provide a practical step-by-step guide to the 7 stages of the Trusted Charity Mark assessment process, including:

  • applying for a Trusted Charity Mark assessment
  • how to prepare for an assessment
  • what happens during the assessment, both at desktop review and site visit stages, and
  • what happens after the assessment has been carried out.

The course will also provide an opportunity to revisit the importance of evidence in Trusted Charity and explain how evidence is used as part of the Trusted Charity Mark assessment process.

NB: The Trusted Charity Mark is only available to registered charities and you must already be familiar with Trusted Charity and working through your self-assessment to attend this course.

Who should attend?

Anyone that is working through their PQASSO self-assessment and who wants to apply for the PQASSO Quality Mark accreditation.
