Yasmin specialises in supporting small to medium-sized charities. Her approach recognises the unique challenges of working in small teams with tight budgets. She often supports with development projects that may have been on the agenda for a while, but never quite made it to the top. This may be due to limited capacity or resources, lack of headspace, or just not knowing where to start.
Yasmin is a founding member of The Small Charity Friendly Collective. This is an informal group of charity specialists committed to working in a ‘small charity friendly’ way and sharing learning from the sector together.
