Jean has over 35 years of experience working with UK charities and their stakeholders. This includes a range of senior roles in both large and small charities.
Jean focuses on strategy and theory of change development. She’s worked on strategy development processes for organisations of all sizes. She can help design and facilitate key steps in the process and support stakeholder consultations. She can also help with quantitative and qualitative analysis to support strategic thinking and learning.
Jean has a deep understanding of all aspects of running a charity. She has a master’s degree in charity finance (awarded with distinction). She is currently a trustee and has over 30 years of experience as a board member, including chair and vice-chair roles. She has also been mentoring a charity chief executive for several years.
