Rozia Hussain

Rozia specialises in research, evaluation, impact measurement and data assessment.

Rozia has experience in higher education, local government and the voluntary sector. She’s managed impact projects for organisations including Breast Cancer Now, the London School of Economics and the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Coalition. Her most recent role was head of assessment and evaluation at the University of Oxford.

Rozia is experienced in delivering a wide range of research processes, data collection methods and impact measurement tools. She specialises in participatory evaluation approaches. She uses focus groups, interviews and storytelling to identify the most significant change.

Rozia is a passionate advocate for co-creation. She embeds co-creation in her own projects and has evaluated the impacts of co-created projects. This includes an NHS covid-19 project delivered by the University of Manchester.

Rozia is a member of the Museums Association, the UK Evaluation Society, and the Charities Evaluation Working Group. She’s also an active member of other UK networks such as the Visitor Studies Group and the Culture Data Research Network. Rozia is a participating member of the ‘People of Colour’ evaluators group.
