Follow these simple steps to book onto a training course or event.
If you have an NCVO account, log in. This speeds up the booking process and ensures members get discounted rates.
Browse our upcoming training courses and events. You can filter by topic using the dropdown menu on the right.
To learn more about a training course or event, click on the listing.
To book, click ‘Book now’ at the top of the event or training course page.
Add your attendees’ details to the registration form.
For training courses, select the ticket price that relates to your organisation’s income bracket and membership status. Make sure you’re logged in to see discounted rates.
You won’t see ticket options when booking events, as they’re free.
If you’re booking for more than one person, remember to add details for each attendee by selecting ‘Yes, add another attendee’.
Once you’re done, you’ll need to read and agree to our privacy and cancellation policies. Then select ‘View order summary’.
Next, enter your name and organisation details. If you’ve logged in, some of the form’s fields will be completed for you.
As the person making the booking, you’ll receive the booking confirmation. For training courses, you’ll also receive an invoice or receipt of payment.
Once you’ve completed the form, click ‘Confirm order’. If you're booking an event, jump to step 8.
For training courses, please select whether to pay by card or invoice.
If paying by invoice, select 'Confirm'. You’ll receive an email with a link to download your invoice.
If paying by card, please enter your card details. Then select 'Pay now'. You'll receive an email with receipt of payment.
Your order will take a short time to process – please don’t refresh the page while you wait.
We’ll email you confirmation of your booking (including payment details) and joining instructions.
And that’s it! We look forward to seeing you at your training course or event.
