About the toolkit

The Partnership Working Toolkit includes sections on:

  • creating, revising and renewing local Compacts
  • action planning, monitoring and evaluating
  • understanding and engaging with commissioning

  • decommissioning well and positive dispute resolution.

This Partnership Working Toolkit also provides examples of Compact agreements, and explains how to research, draft and consult on a Compact and who should be involved in the process.
