Carol is an evaluation specialist. She can help your organisation improve its impact and evaluation. She also delivers training and facilitation.
Carol has over 20 years’ experience delivering evaluation and training in public and voluntary sector roles. This includes local authorities, the NHS and various charities. She’s experienced in evaluating and monitoring services, delivering community-based solutions, and providing practical support to help build capacity and improve services.
Carol joined NCVO in 2022. Before that she worked for a youth homelessness charity. Her work there included engaging a range of large and small organisations to monitor and evaluate their services. Carol has extensive experience in the housing and homelessness sector, where her experience includes managing youth homelessness prevention services.
Carol’s work in the voluntary sector includes carrying out evaluations of a wide range of services, and engaging and supporting volunteers. She’s also served on a working group to review a national quality framework.
