NCVO’s successful membership scheme has significantly grown, so it’s an exciting time to join us as we continue to embed our new customer relationship management (CRM) system and revamp our web presence.
You are highly organised, with an excellent attention to detail and a solid understanding of data management. In this role, you will be committed to the work of our members across the voluntary sector and will bring your excellent data insight to help us use our CRM to its full potential. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent data quality by updating our CRM system, producing marketing lists and regularly running checks.
You have the excellent customer service skills required to deal with a range of membership queries. You have a solid understanding of the importance of good data management and governance, and will assist in ensuring compliance with our data protection policy.
