Join NCVO as a Membership Assistant and play a key role in supporting the smooth daily running of our membership programme. As part of the Member Services team, you'll provide essential administrative and customer support, managing membership applications and renewals, maintaining accurate CRM records and responding to member enquiries across phone and email channels.
Alongside these core operations, you'll also support projects that help grow and diversify our membership community, contributing to initiatives that strengthen engagement across the voluntary sector.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, customer-focused and enjoys working with systems and data, while also contributing to wider membership development work.
This role is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in membership operations and development while supporting NCVO’s vibrant community of member organisations and contributing to their ongoing engagement and growth.
Membership and Customer Services is a newly evolved team that exists to grow, connect and convene NCVO’s membership. The team acquires roughly 1,400 new members a year and offers care and support to retain 90% of its current 17K members.
