Conference suite co-ordinator

  • Salary: £17,333 pa (full-time equivalent £30,332 pa)
  • Hours: Part-time (20 hours per week), Monday to Friday (07.30 – 11.30) plus required regular weekend work paid as overtime

Based in King’s Cross, our successful conference suite hosts a large number of events and conferences for a diverse range of external and internal clients. 

We are now looking for an individual to join our team who is knowledgeable in setting up audiovisuals and has excellent face to face people skills.

Alongside our existing Conference Suite Co-ordinator, you will provide excellent customer service and logistical support to our customers.  You are adept at setting up and advising on event audio-visual requirements. This is combined with your solid experience in conference administration.

This role also requires regular weekend work where you will be responsible for the weekend management of the conference suite services - overtime will be paid.

You are proactive and work well both within a team and on your own. You prioritise your workload effectively, are calm under pressure and provide excellent customer service within a fast-paced environment.
