Training assistant (Maternity Cover)

Salary: £30,332 pro-rata
Hours: Part-time (28 hours per week)

Our Membership and Marketing team are looking for a highly organised administrator with experience of organising events and training courses. In this role, you will provide maternity cover to support the delivery of our successful training programme.

With high attention to detail and solid data management skills, you efficiently manage customer information and delegate bookings on our MS Dynamics CRM system. Experienced in using financial procedures, you will work in line with the team’s financial targets to raise invoices in a timely manner and chase all outstanding debts.

You work efficiently on your own initiative, prioritising your workload around conflicting deadlines. With excellent communication and customer service skills, you confidently work with a range of stakeholders, including internal colleagues, training delegates and our members.

As this is a part time role, some flexibility on the working hours will be offered, however these will need to fit around our training programme schedule.
