This is an exciting time to join NCVO’s PQASSO programme. We are raising the profile of this valued and respected quality standard, enabling voluntary and community sector organisations and social enterprises to become more effective in all aspects of what they do.

You will help manage a pool of associates, engage with assessors and match mentors to organisations. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the confidence to engage and negotiate with a range of stakeholders, internally and externally. You will also organise training, market PQASSO and manage our client contacts on our CRM system.

With a background of providing excellent customer service, you will manage a range of different and complex queries, using diplomacy and tact. Effective at multitasking, you work well under pressure and manage priorities. You are highly proficient in a range of IT packages such as Microsoft Office systems and managing databases.

You will also have knowledge of the voluntary sector and be familiar with either PQASSO or similar quality standards.
