Javier Santoyo, Corporate Relationships Manager
Javier promotes and supports partnerships between businesses and voluntary organisations that create positive change, and is NCVO's in-house specialist in corporate responsibility and sustainability.
Javier’s focus is on the design, implementation, and development of strategies to connect businesses with community needs to achieve financial, environmental and social solutions.
Having worked with both large multinationals, such as Apple and EMC, and voluntary organisations, his emphasis is on partner, supply chain, and stakeholder management on the one side, and sales, business consultancy, and corporate affairs on the other.
Javier is a Kent MBA graduate and continues to collaborate with the University as a guest lecturer on corporate responsibility and sustainability. He is also a member of the advisory board of the Kent Business School MBA programme, and associate editor of the Annual Review of Social Partnerships (ARSP) journal.

Cristina Tiberian, Corporate Relationships Officer
Cristina plans, develops, runs, and evaluates projects that have a social impact, and looks to develop innovative ways for business and charity to work together.
Previously, Cristina was in the NCVO digital and communications team and prior to this she was a journalist.
Cristina holds a postgraduate degree in charity management. She volunteers for the charity Bliss, and is a former trustee of the Foreign Press Association.
