People Officer
Ruth provides administrative and HR support to the people and culture team, with a focus on supporting efficient HR processes.
Ruth joined the team in May 2021. Her background is in charity and non-profit organisations, including homeless services and young people services. She has a wealth of experience in recruitment, payroll and staff benefits.
Ruth has a passion for all things people and is committed to turning good places to work into amazing places to work. She is currently studying for her Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualification in people management and hopes to achieve this by July 2023.
