Arabella Shewry

Arabella joined NCVO in 2010 as personal assistant to two directors and then became executive assistant to the CEO in 2017. In January 2021 she joined the newly created people, culture and inclusion team. Her work centres on cultural engagement and wellbeing activities.

Arabella is passionate about the charity sector and equity, diversity and inclusion and is currently studying for a masters in gender, sexuality and culture. Previously, she volunteered for Epilepsy Action, The Girls Network and the Fawcett Society where she led the North London volunteer group.
