Inclusion and Belonging Lead
Lynette supports the development and delivery of an inclusive workforce strategy for the voluntary sector. She also works on our internal people strategy, supporting our transition from inclusion to belonging.
Lynette led research into the representation of Black and global majority communities in our membership. The research looked at how NCVO can identify issues and policies that prevent these communities from accessing resources in the sector.
Lynette volunteers to lead our REACH (Race Equality Achieving Cultural Harmony) staff network. She’s also volunteered with the Charity Smart Works for over eight years.
