Debbie is a nurse by background and has worked across the NHS, Independent and Third sector throughout her career, most latterly as CEO of Thames Hospice. She has held Executive positions in a number of organisations, and has also sat on advisory boards in the palliative care sector.
Debbie has also benefitted from the NeXT Director programme, aimed at preparing individuals to be effective and supportive Non Executive Directors for the future.
