Crewenna is a volunteer engagement professional with 20 years’ experience in senior roles for national charities. With a passion for nature, the environment and the positive benefits of outdoor experiences and citizen activism she has worked for a number of the major environment charities, including TCV, a Wildlife Trust and YHA England and Wales where she held responsibility for volunteering, community fundraising and youth impact, transforming how young people volunteer at YHA and evidencing the difference residential experiences make to young people’s lives.

Crewenna is currently the Director for Volunteering and Partnerships at CPRE the countryside charity, a role she is making her own by introducing a new volunteering development team and strengthening how the national charity supports local charities. She is the senior lead for equality, diversity and inclusion and leads aspects of a governance review, which recently successfully established a new Network Assembly to better set the direction for the partnership of 41 local and national charities.
