To achieve this, our Associate Directors must be innovators and networkers who understand best practice. You’ll need to be pragmatic, a strong problem solver, and emotionally intelligent enough to know when to lead and when to support.
You should bring relentless curiosity and a drive to create meaningful impact, alongside a powerful track record in your specialism.
In return, you’ll develop your career at the forefront of civil society transformation. You’ll be supported to become an outstanding leader, backed by a significant network and insight into global best practice, and join a new cohort shaping our Associate Director tier.
