Louise Kerrigan

Most recently, Louise was Chief People and Culture Officer at PAPYRUS Prevention of Young Suicide, where she led a broad portfolio covering people, culture, safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion, organisational development, data and volunteering. Working closely with the Chief Executive, she advised and constructively challenged the Board and contributed to committee-level governance through the People and Remuneration Committee.

Throughout her career, Louise has helped organisations navigate growth, financial pressures and complex change, strengthening leadership, organisational culture and resilience. She brings strategic judgement, inclusive leadership and a practical understanding of the challenges facing voluntary organisations, alongside a strong commitment to supporting a resilient, connected and influential civil society.
