Naila Jhetam
Senior Training Officer
Naila supports our training programme to meet the needs of our members and the wider voluntary sector.
Naila joined NCVO in 2018. She supports members with open and in-house training requirements and works closely with consultants and trainers.
Naila acts as the first point of contact for all training enquiries and in-house training requests. She has a certificate in learning and development practice as well as extensive experience managing face-to-face and online events.
Naila previously worked in a learning and development function for a B2B events company in London. She's also worked in the voluntary and community sector in Canada.
