Melinda Dixon
Training Development Manager
Melinda manages the delivery of our training programme.
She makes sure the training we offer is relevant, accessible and meets the needs of the sector. Melinda works with teams across NCVO to continually develop our learning offer. She’s focused on helping charities both large and small to make a positive impact.
Melinda joined NCVO in 2023. She has over 25 years of experience designing, delivering and managing training in both the charity and corporate sector.
Melinda has also worked in internal communications and fundraising. She has a particular interest in wellbeing, staff engagement and how leadership can support this. She’s a qualified executive coach and has experience in Investors In People (IIP) assessments and project management.
