As a C-suite executive, she has played a key role in strategy development, driven changes in business and operational models, implemented effective strategies, and engaged in business planning and resource mobilization. In her senior leadership roles, Nike has reported directly to boards and their subcommittees, and she has chaired the People, Nominations, and Programs subcommittees.

She is passionate about promoting inclusion, equity, and justice, and is committed to driving transformative change, particularly through initiatives that address injustices and aim to remove barriers to social and economic opportunities for marginalized and underrepresented groups, especially youth and women.
