Policy and Insight Manager
As policy and insight manager, Sam works closely with colleagues across NCVO to influence funding and finance policies that impact charities.
Sam leads NCVO's work on influencing government funding and finance policy, including gift aid, taxation, procurement, and social investment. She is passionate about collaboration and community-building, and works closely with colleagues across NCVO, including in the research, networks, membership, and practical support teams, to ensure that charities' experiences are at the heart of NCVO's influencing work.
Sam joined NCVO in October 2021 from the Consortium of Voluntary Adoption Agencies, where she led on policy and influencing work, member engagement, and other areas, including social media and website development.
Since 2018, she has volunteered at Body & Soul, a central London charity working to transform trauma with love.
