Catherine Goodall

Senior Policy and Influencing Advisor

Catherine is NCVO's senior policy and influencing advisor, working to influence government across a range of policy areas.

Catherine supports our policy function at NCVO, which works to ensure government policy supports charities and volunteers. Catherine joined NCVO in December 2019, from the National Children's Bureau, where she was a development officer and lead for transition in the Council for Disabled Children.

She has a background in academia and children's social care, with extensive experience in improving services and supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities and their families.

She is passionate about equality and is a lead for NCVO's women and non-binary network. She is also a governor in a local primary school.
