Catherine Goodall
Policy and Influencing Manager
Catherine works to influence government across a range of policy areas.
Catherine leads our influencing work on government policy relating to volunteering. She works closely with stakeholders and teams across NCVO, using evidence and insight to create positive change.
Catherine joined NCVO in December 2019. She was previously a development officer at the National Children's Bureau and lead for transition in the Council for Disabled Children.
Catherine has a background in academia and children's social care. She has extensive experience in improving services and supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities and their families.
Catherine is passionate about equality. She's a lead for NCVO's women and non-binary staff network. She also regularly volunteers and is a governor of a local primary school.
