About Trusted Standard
Trusted Standard is NCVOs quality mark for charities and voluntary organisations. It’s designed to help staff, volunteers and trustees get involved in assessing how well their organisation is doing.
The Growth Company delivers Trusted Standard on behalf of NCVO. The Trusted Standard team will guide you through a self-assessment process to identify what you do well and where you could develop. An action plan will help you work towards Trusted Standard accreditation. Support is available from Trusted Standard practitioners on your journey.

- A framework of 11 good practice quality areas. These are designed to improve and demonstrate your systems and services, with different levels to choose from.

- Trusted Standard assessment services to help you achieve accreditation. Accreditation is a sign of excellence for potential partners and funders.
- The option of accreditation with Trusted Standard or Trusted Charity Standard to reflect your organisation’s set up.
- A dual accreditation option for those working in Wales with the Welsh Governments' Information, Advice Quality Framework (IAQF).
