Designed around your organisation's needs, we work with you to understand your goals, challenges and priorities, then shape a session that fits.

Training can be delivered online or in person, at a time that works for you.

Booking your training

Start by exploring our training courses and submitting an enquiry. Once we’ve heard from you, a member of our team will be in touch to discuss your needs and arrange a suitable date and format.

Delivery and format

Our training is delivered by NCVO consultants and experienced associate facilitators, all with strong expertise in the voluntary sector. We’ll match you with a trainer who understands your topic and context, so the session is relevant, practical and engaging.

Sessions can be delivered online or at your workplace. You can train up to 24 people in person or 30 online.

Topics and tailoring

We offer training across a wide range of areas, including governance, safeguarding, data protection, leadership, fundraising, project management, involving volunteers, and impact and evaluation.

Every session is tailored to your organisation. We’ll adapt the content to reflect your team, your challenges and your goals. If you need something more bespoke, we can arrange a call to scope this with you. Additional fees may apply depending on the level of customisation.

Accessibility and support

We design our training to be inclusive and accessible. This includes flexible delivery formats, accessible materials and reasonable adjustments to support different needs. Let us know what would help your team take part fully.
