Run successful focus groups
Focus groups are an interactive way to collect qualitative information, including feedback from stakeholders. To make sure that your focus group is well run and stays on track, good organisation and facilitation skills are needed. This course explores what focus groups are, and identifies their strengths and weaknesses as a data collection tool. It will discuss how to sample and recruit potential focus groups as well as giving you the chance to put your learning into practice by running a ‘mock’ focus group.
