In this role you will plan and deliver a challenging range of digital development projects from start to finish. Whether it’s an exciting new feature for one of our websites, platform maintenance or a brand new product, you’ll develop detailed plans for technical delivery and lead processes from discovery through to prototyping, testing, launch and beyond.

Supporting the digital programme manager with an expanding digital portfolio, you prioritise product backlogs and manage web fixes on a daily basis, maintain high quality documentation, monitor risks and ensure best practice at all times. Working closely with a range of internal stakeholders and digital agencies, you collaborate to solve problems and ensure the best outcomes for our users.

With a track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, you have an excellent understanding of current and emerging technologies, as well as project management methodologies. You have excellent communication skills and confident in supporting and advising non-technical colleagues on technical solutions. You are solutions-focused, pragmatic and collaborative in your approach, with excellent attention to detail.

You have an understanding of charities and the voluntary sector.
