Caroline is NCVO's digital project manager, working primarily to manage NCVO's support retainers with our digital partners. She works with teams across the organisation triaging technical requests and for the development of our new products.
Caroline joined NCVO in 2013 as a digital assistant and has worked on a range of projects, including the implementation of our current customer and relationship management and finance systems, and the production of NCVO publications. She has worked closely with NCVO members for the last eight years ensuring they are able to access the digital content they need.
As digital project manager Caroline now works on new product development including, business process design, as well as overseeing NCVO's technical support needs for our existing digital products.
