Fiona is a professional business and leadership coach, HR Consultant and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
Fiona was Director of People and Culture for the RSPCA until October 2024 and previously HR director for the Zoological Society of London (ZSL). She was named HR Director of the Year at the 2017 HR Excellence Awards for her transformational work at ZSL. Before joining ZSL, she was HR and marketing director for London’s largest FE college, City and Islington.
Fiona’s career in HR spans over 30 years in a wide range of public, social care and charitable sector organisations. She previously worked as a youth and community worker training young, vulnerable and unemployed people.
